What is the return & exchagne policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the sari is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that hand-painted and customised saris cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@saarini.in or message us on WhatsApp.

How do I care for my Saarini Sari?

Most of our saris are best maintained with dry cleaning. For cotton saris, gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent works well. Always dry in shade and avoid wringing. Iron on low heat or use a steam iron. Detailed care instructions are included with every sari.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We photograph our saris in natural light and make every effort to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of photography and lighting.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Does the sari come with blouse piece?

Yes, most of our saris come with a matching blouse piece (0.8–1 meter). The product description on each page will clearly mention if a blouse piece is included.

Why can I not order online?

We are a very new brand and want to talk to our customers and learn what they need. Therefore, we have set up the WhatsApp system for a more personal approach.
