What is the return & exchange policy?

We accept exchange & return only for defected pieces within 7 days of delivery provided the sari is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Please note that hand-painted and customised saris cannot be returned.

What are the shipping charges & duration?

We ship all Indian orders within 2–3 business days from Jaipur. Delivery charges are included in the pricing. It takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. We will share tracking details via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.

International orders will take 15 days and the delivery cost is separate dependent on the location. Please reach out to us at saarinijaipur@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp +91 96495 96939 for any queries.

How do I care for my Handloom sarees?

Most of our saris are best maintained with dry cleaning. For cotton handlooms, gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent works well. Always dry in shade and avoid wringing. Iron on low heat or use a steam iron. Detailed care instructions are included with on every sari page.

Is the blouse piece included?

Yes, most of our saris come with a matching blouse piece (0.8–1 meter). The product description on each page will clearly mention if a blouse piece is included.

Can I pay Online directly?

Yes, You can message us on +91 96495 96939 and we will share a QR code scan to make the online payment for now!
