The ivory silk-cotton Chanderi body has a natural luminosity before a single drop of print is applied — the silk warp gives the ground a quiet, pearlescent glow, and the cotton weft keeps it crisp and cool against the skin. Over this luminous base, a bold large-scale floral block print unfolds across the full length: oversize hibiscus and tropical blooms in hot pink, teal, marigold yellow and fuchsia, with teal-green leaf forms scattered freely between. The flowers are applied with a deliberately loose, painterly hand — petals bleeding softly into the silk-cotton ground, the edges not perfectly clean, the colours not perfectly uniform — all of which makes the print feel alive and spontaneous rather than mechanical.
