The most ceremonial sari in the collection. A deep rose-pink Jamdani carrying large hand-woven zari medallion butas scattered across the body: the gold woven directly into the pink ground, impossible to separate from the cloth itself.
The ground is a rich, saturated rose-pink that carries the gold zari with complete authority. Across this ground, large teardrop medallion butas are hand-woven in ivory and antique gold zari, each one filled with an intricate floral lattice of extraordinary detail, the supplementary zari threads building the pattern through the warp alongside the ground weft.
Between the large butas, smaller cross-flower motifs in ivory zari are scattered across the full body, filling the ground with secondary texture. A fine multi-stripe border in gold grounds the hem. Deep pink hand-knotted tassels finish the edge.
